PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize quality of a heating body, a device using the heating body and the like and to prevent the device from being damaged, by contriving not to cause a damage to a film by a divided heating body. SOLUTION: This heating device has a heating body, a film sliding with the heating body and a pressurizing member forming a nip and the heating body through the film, and gives thermal energy of the heating body to a heating material to be heated through the film by catching the heating material to be heated by the nip and carrying it. The plural heating bodies 1 are formed in it by using a base material 100 having a size enough for plural heating bodies, and the base material 100 is broken by a secant part W provided on the base material 100 and divided into an individual heating body 1. The secant 100 of the base material 100 is provided on the surface side where the heating body 1 is brought into sliding contact with the film.
