摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a material having excellent corrosion resistance characteristic of aluminum and moreover combining formability and beautiful appearance by forming an organic film in which the value of sliding loads is controlled to the one equal to or below the specified one, and the water permeability at specified temps. and relative humidity is controlled to the value equal to or below the specified one per specified penetrating depth. SOLUTION: This material has an aluminum or aluminum alloy base material and an organic film formed on this base material, of which sliding load is <=130 kg and water permeability at 35 deg.C and 95% relative humidity is controlled to <=8 g/(m2day) per penetrating depth of 0.1 mm. Preferably, the organic film is composed of a polyolefinic ionomer, metallically cross-linked methacrylic acid copolymer or the like as it is firmly adhered with the base material even if a substrate treated film is not present. This aluminum or aluminum alloy material can be produced with less precesses and is excellent in discoloring resistance to discoloration in the surface caused by water stains.
