PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust and change a power supply route by a method wherein respective slave-station devices cooperate so as to control the switch operation of every switch in a distribution system via a switch control device. SOLUTION: When the state of a switch is changed over, the power supply block of a distribution system can be changed. For example, a switch 307 is closed, and a switch 303 is opened. Then, the initial supply of electric power from a distribution substation 101 across the switch 303, a switch 305 and the switch 307 is changed over to the supply of electric power from a distribution substation 103. That is to say, a load between the switch 303 and the switch 305 and the switch 307 is changed over to the power supply block of the distribution substation 103. The changeover of the load is executed in order to supply electric power to parts of the switch 303 onward as intrinsically sound sections when an accident is generated, e.g. across a switch 302 and the switch 303 so as to cut off a part across the switch 302 and the switch 303.
