PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a care giving bed with toilet seat which a user can easily sit on/off and is comfortably fit in use. SOLUTION: A toilet seat part 5 is equipped with an elevating mechanism to slantingly move a toilet seat 15 linked with turning of a toilet lid 25 between the seating position that the front end side of the toilet seat 15 is covered on the upper end part of the mat 8 of a lower thigh receiving part 3 and the upper face of the toilet seat 15 is almost flush with the upper face of the mat 8 of a hip laying part 2 in a condition a bed 10 is bent like a chair and the storing position that a mat 35 for toilet lid is made almost flush with the upper face of the mat 8 of the hip laying part 2 and the toilet seat 15 is stored in the toilet seat storing part 12a in a frame 12 of the hip laying part 2, and a lock mechanism to engage the elevating mechanism at the seating position.
