PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process in which the curing reaction of raw material cement placed on a template proceeds only slowly before press-clamping, a curing time required until the implementation of a plate-removing process after the completion of the press-clamping is curtailed, the corrosion of the metal parts of apparatuses for the production of a molding is prevented, and costs are reduced. SOLUTION: A method comprises a process in which a raw material containing a vegetable fiber material, cement, and water is mixed, a process in which the mixed raw material is molded on a template, a process in which the composite bodies of the molding and the template are piled up in multiple stages, a process in which the piled bodies are clamped while being compressed, a process in which the molding is cured while being clamped until it can be handled, and a process in which the clamping is lifted to separate the body into the molding and the template. A nitrate is added in the raw material mixing process or the molding process, and the molding is heat-treated in the curing process. |
