PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convey paper sheets securely by holding both ends of them, even though some of paper sheets of plural sorts with different sizes are to be conveyed. SOLUTION: This paper feeding device is composed of a specifying means to specify the kind of the objective paper sheet to be the conveying object among plural kinds of paper sheets with different size, plural paper feeding rollers 12 to 14 rotating around the first roller shaft 11 as the center, plural minute projections 15 formed on the outer peripheries of the plural paper feeding rollers 12 to 14, pinch rollers 22 to 24 rotating cutout the second roller shaft 21 parallel to the first roller shaft 11; and a conveyer means to convey the object paper sheet by holding between two paper feeding rollers and the two pinch rollers is provided while driving two paper feeding rollers set to hold the both ends of the object paper sheet specified by the specifying means.
