PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handsfree speech communication equipment which prevents harmful effects on components for a circuit by suppressing temperature rise in the housing and also whose design is not unpleasant to look at. SOLUTION: A hole part 101 is provided in a part covered with the protective net 25 of a housing 1, and an amplifier 5 to be an exothermic part and three terminal regulator 14 and 15 are arranged in the neighborhood of the part 101. Thus, the part 101 can not be seen from the outside because it is covered with the net 25, and also, heat from the exothermic part is emitted from the part 101 so that temperature rise in the housing 1 can be suppressed.
