PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent transfer material passing through a fixing part from being stamped by rollers, and prevent the transfer material from being stained by toner even if the fixing part temperature is high. SOLUTION: Rollers 3 and 4 are provided two by two for roller shafts 5 and 6 at an interval so as to be formed into carrying rollers 1 and 2. The roller 4 is a delivery roller at the driven side, and each angle part formed by its outer circumferential surface 4a and each side surface 4b and 4c at both the sides of the roller, is formed into an R-shaped part 4d over its entire circumference in an R-shape. A mold releasing layer 7 formed out of fluororesin is formed over the outer circumferential surface 4a of the roller 4, the R-shaped parts 4d and 4d at both the sides and both the side surfaces 4b and 4c in such a way as to be laid along the surfaces so as to let its surface roughness be less than 4μm. By this constitution, toner is hardly adhered to the roller 4. In addition, since the surface roughness is less than 4μm, transfer material 5 is prevented from being stamped by the roller.
