PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device in which the separating and lining speed of a work is made faster, which can be utilized for works with different sizes and forms for general purpose. SOLUTION: In this device, plural magnets 7 are provided by directing their magnetic poles in the axial direction, and providing equally in the peripheral direction, around a fixed drum 2 having a work input port 3, the magnets 7 are rotated around the fixed drum 2 by a rotary body 8 which receives the rotation of a motor 11 through a friction gear 12, a work W put in the fixed drum 2 from the work input port 3 is aligned in the axial direction of the fixed drum 2, within the magnetic field of the magnets 7, it is conveyed along the inner peripheral surface of the fixed drum 2 as it is, entered to the work receiving port of a work exhaust chute 16, and the work W is hung and conveyed to a chute 22 by a compression air from air blowout nozzles 19 and 20. A work W' which is not aligned sufficiently in the fixed drum 2 is thrown off by a demagnetizing means provided at the upper part of the fixed drum 2, and recovered.
