PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat structure of a small vessel having a good balance and offering good rear-view visibility. SOLUTION: A small vessel 1 is furnished with accommodation chambers 9 and 11 between a deck 3 and hull 2 to constitute a vessel body, wherein openings 12 and 14 of the chambers 9 and 11 are formed at the deck 3. The openings 12 and 14 are blocked with hatches 15 and 17 and protruded up, and seats 19 and 20 are formed from these openings 12 and 14 and hatches 15 and 17.
