PACKAGING MATERIAL PAY-OUT DEVICE FOR BAG-MAKING, FILLING AND PACKAGING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely position a pay-out belt by a method wherein pay-out units for cylindrical packaging material are arranged at both sides of a cylindrical packaging material and each of the pay-out units is supported so as to move freely over a plane guide member and to be positioned respectively by operation of linear actuators. SOLUTION: After being measured by a measuring machine, products are put into a filling tube 2 through an intermediary hopper 4. A packaging material formed in a cylindrical shape of a film supplied from a roll via a former is supplied to the outer circumference of the filling tube 2 so as to wrap around the filling tube 2, and the products are put into the filling tube after vertical sealing is applied to the packaging material. Packaging material pay-out units 21 are arranged at both sides on the right and left of the filling tube 2 and supported so as to move freely along upper and lower horizontal rods 33 while each of the pay-out units 21 is constructed with an endless suction belt 22 provided therein. Then, the pay-out units 21 are moved for positioning respectively in the horizontal direction by operations of air cylinders 45 through positioning members 41.
