PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method by which both of information related to specified film exposure and related to a film unit and information being independent of the film exposure are stored by allotting a logical memory unit to the film unit, making the information being independent of the exposure enter the logical memory unit and writing information recorded by a capture device in a local data memory. SOLUTION: In this method, a step for allotting the logical memory unit being physically distant from the film unit to the film unit, a step for making the information which is related to the film unit and which is independent of the exposure enter the logical memory unit and a step for writing the information recorded by the capture device in the local data memory are included. For example, the plural film units 10, a look-up table 12 and one or more photograph finishing unit 14 are included in a photographing system 250. The logical memory unit 20 in the table 12 is allotted to the film unit 10 so as to hold data for unit 10.
