PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate without jerky feeling even in time of both simple swing and complex motion, and suppress turning speed variations in transition from the complex motion from the simple swing motion and that at the time of the swing and complex starting of motion, the turning speed is accelerated without being extremely delayed as compared with other actuators, while there is no problem of the increment of cost and space and the complecation of a circuit structure, in this hydraulic transmission comprising a turning control system. SOLUTION: In this hydraulic transmission, it is provided with a pump control unit 18 controlling a delivery so as to heighten pump discharge pressure as the specified value than the maximum load pressure of five actuators 2 to 6, while each of pressure compensating valves 12 to 16 is composed of setting up the differential pressure between the discharge pressure of a hydraulic pump 1 and the maximum load pressure of the actuators 2 to 6 as a target compensated pressure differential. When the load pressure goes up in the pressure compensating valve 12, a load dependent characteristic as reducing the target compensated pressure differential is provided and a lower limit setting spring 55 as making the target compensated pressure differential so as not to be reduced to less than the specified value is installed in the pressure compensating value 12 in a turning section, and it have the load dependent characteristic making the target compensated pressure differential smaller when the load pressure goes up in the pressure compensating valve 12.
