PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce windage loss and suppress noise. SOLUTION: A mold consists of a rotary beam 6 that has a rotary axial line 3 while an outer contour is formed nearly in a rectangular parallelepiped shape and upstream side straightening bodies 24 and 25 that are formed at the rotary beam 6, where the upstream side straightening bodies 24 and 25 form a streamline that is directed upward at an upstream side and downward at a downward side and are formed at the upstream side regarding an air flow that the rotary beam 6 receives. In the straightening bodies 24 and 25 at the upstream side for receiving wind pressure directly, wind pressure resistance when air is excluded from a space (space on a disk) where the rotary beam 6 rotates and occupies is smaller than that of a reference body for comparison test and has less windage loss and noise by that amount. The rectifying bodies can be classified into four types, namely a beam I type, a beam II type, a disk type, and a bucket type, and each of them have each effect.
