PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the automatic cleaning and sterilization of the beverage tank of a dispenser for a frozen drink by using hot water without using a chemical. SOLUTION: This dispenser is provided with a beverage tank 1 having a built-in stirring blade 5c-cooler 5 (an evaporator of a freezer) combination and provided with a vending valve 2, and a cooling unit 4 of the cooler, and it supplies a frozen drink prepared by cooling and stirring a syrup drink stored in the beverage tank through the vending valve. In this dispenser, a cleaning water reservoir 7 with a heater 8 connected to a water faucet 15 is placed inside the upper lid 1a of the beverage tank. When a cleaning direction is commanded by a cleaning button 18, water flows from the reservoir into the tank at first by the direction from a command 19 to wash the tank with water. Successively, hot water heated to high temperature by the heater is poured into the beverage tank, and the hot water is kept inside while rotating the stirring blade to perform heat sterilization and cleaning of the inside of the tank with hot water. |
