PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly restore anomality of a rotary table by a method wherein the roatary table having a number of U-shaped grooves provided in its circumferential direction for delivering tightening bodies to a connecting band is turned reversely at a specified angle of turning when stoppage of turning has been detected in the rotary table and then the rotary table is turned in the normal direction. SOLUTION: In a device which receives tightening bodies such as screws supplied from a chute 1 in a number of U-shaped grooves 4a formed in the outer circumference of the rotary table 4, and supplies distributingly them to a connecting band by rotation of the rotary table 4, a disk having slits made for instance of a magnetic material is attached to a driving shaft which rotatively drives the rotary table 4. Furthermore, a magnetic sensor is provided closely to the outer circumference of the slits-equipped disk, and turning of the rotary table 4 is detected by output from the magnetic sensor. In the case where the revolution of the rotary table 4 is judge to be at a stop for a certain period of time because of jamming or the like of the tightening bodies 3, the rotary table 4 is turned reversely at a specified angle, and then, the rotary table is turned again in the normal direction to thereby restore the jamming.
