EPOXY RESIN CURING ACCELERATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide curing accelerators for phenol curing type epoxy resins which are excellent in temperature sensitivity. SOLUTION: Urea compounds are formed by reacting an isocyanate compound with an alicyclic amine; reacting an isocyanate compound with methylbenzylamine or methylethanolamine; reacting tosyl isocyanate with a secondary amine; or reacting a substituted or non-substituted phenylene diisocyanate with imidazole or an imidazole in which one or two hydrogens bound with the carbon atoms constituting the imidazole ring are replaced with a 1-4C alkyl group.
