PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject system enabling a variety of alarm sounds including those meaningful for an object as a hamper to be given. SOLUTION: This system involved in a system for dealing with bird injuries, i.e., for driving injurious birds away from the neighborhood of outdoor facilities, has a 1st means 111 for inputting a vocal information representing the characteristic of the sound emitted by a bird as an object, a 2nd means 112 for adding the characteristic of a sound meaning an alarm for such bird to the above sound and giving the resulting sound as a vocal information for the object, and a 3rd means 113 for reproducing and outputting a pseudosound with a characteristic represented by the above-mentioned vocal information.
