PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute a processing of an object to be processed with high efficiency by defining time for starting a first processing as a point of time for reference and delaying the starting of driving of a second processing mechanism untill a preceding inhibiting period and a succeeding inhibiting period of a fixed length before and after the point of time for reference elapse. SOLUTION: The number of sheets to be carried from an image forming device body to a staple processing mechanism 20 is counted by a counter 21 and the count number (a) is delivered to a comparison control circuit 16 of a control mechanism 15. When the count number (a) reaches a set number, a staple processing command signal (b) is delivered to a driving control circuit 17 and a staple processing starting signal (c) is generated at reference time when prescribed reference time elapses after the point of time. Sheets for which staple processing are performed are discharged to a tray 31, but when sheets of a certain number are accumulated and the sheets are removed, a tray driving command signal (d) from a sheet detection sensor 33 is impressed on the driving control circuit 17 for a period except a preceding inhibiting period and a succeeding inhibiting period.
