PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make retrievable even a video including an object of which background is moving by storing a feature amount concerning a specified object in a video and a feature amount concerning the background in the video as video information. SOLUTION: A feature amount data generating processing is performed for describing feature amount data showing the feature amount concerning the object such as the position, form and motion of the detected object and feature amount data concerning the background such as the motion of the background and processing is performed for outputting the generated feature amount data concerning the object and the background to the outside and describing them as description data. For example, description data 70 of three objects included in a video 705 inside a 10000th frame are composed of respective data of frame information 701 showing the correspondent frame in a video stream 706 of the source video data, a feature amount 703 concerning the object and a feature amount 704 concerning the background and managed with a list structure using a pointer 702 to the next description data. |
