PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a comfortable feeling in sleeping from being degraded by perspiration and thirstiness during sleeping due to a personal difference. SOLUTION: A fluctuation control means 7 controls the current carried to a heating means 1 based on the temperature information of the heating means 1 sensed by a temperature sensing means 2 so as to set its temperature at a fluctuation temperature set at a fluctuation temperature setting means 6 for restraining the perspiration of a sleeper, and the temperature in a bed is fluctuated in a temperature range lower than the body temperature of the sleeper at most. Thereby, the perspiration is restrained, and it works so as to eliminate causes hindering a deep sleep by restraining body movement for radiating heat, restrains nocturnal sweat during the sleep and can provide a good-quality sleep, so that a comfortable rising without thirstiness at the rising can be provided.
