PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen the meandering of data line and to obtain an LCD having high display quality by forming the data line in superposition on a pixel electrode of a color exclusive of the color of pixel electrode to which the data line is connected in at least a part of region. SOLUTION: The data line 1 is extended in a column direction and connected to the source region of TFTs 53. The data line 1g is the data line for driving the green pixel and the TFT formed at the green pixel are respectively connected to the data line 1g. The data line 1g is superposed on alignment control window 65 of the green pixel in the uppermost row but are superposed on the alignment control window of the blue(B) pixel adjacent to the green pixel and the TFT 53 are extended and connected to the green pixel in the row below the same. The data line is superposed again on the green pixel in the lowermost row. Similarly, the data line 1b is superposed on the pixel to which the data line is connected in the uppermost row and superposed on the pixel to which the data line is not connected, adjacent to the pixel to which the data line is not connected in the row below the same.
