PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform small lot multi-production of an electric wire harness having different wire lengths efficiently at a low cost. SOLUTION: In this method, the press connection of an electric wire harness is performed for forming the electric wire harness having different wire lengths wherein multiple daughter-electrode connectors C1-Cn and a mother-electrode connector Cp are press-connected to one-side ends of multiple wires and their other-side ends, respectively, and the lengths of the multiple wires located between the multiple daughter-electrode connectors C1-Cn and the mother-electrode connector Cp are different depending on each wire group press-connected to the respective multiple daughter-electrode connectors C1-Cn. In this case, after the multiple daughter-electrode connectors C1-Cn are collectively press-connected to the one-side ends of the multiple wires, the multiple daughter-electrode connectors C1-Cn are released, and the respective wire groups press-connected to the respective released multiple daughter-electrode connectors C1-Cn are sequentially measured in length, and cut and press-connected to the mother- electrode connector Cp. |
