PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a multi-terminal telephone set that can be connected to two telephone set terminals and by which a speech can be made between the telephone set terminals. SOLUTION: The multi-terminal telephone set has two systems of AF signal processing circuits 1, two systems of transmission sections (A)2, (B)4, and two systems of reception sections (A)3, (B)5. When a plurality of the multi-terminal telephone sets are in use, even when one of the multi-terminal telephone sets is busy, a speech can be made between the other multi-terminal telephone sets and even when two telephone lines are provided, one set of the multi-terminal telephone set can make a speech for the two lines at the same time.
