PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable performing communication in the signature processing between a terminal and an electronic signature device in one time and also to enable executing the ciphering of data while returning signed data to a prescribed recipient by executing encryption processings of a signature and a sentence simultaneously. SOLUTION: A portable terminal 10 is provided with an input device 1 inputting a password and signature object data, a one-time password with data generator 2 generating a one-time password and signature object data which is ciphered and a transmitter 3 transmitting the one-time password and signature object data which is ciphered (which is called as ciphered signature object data) and a user's name. Moreover, a signature server 20 is provided with a receiver 4 receiving the one-time password, the ciphered signature object data and the user's name, a one-time password signature generator 5 which decodes the ciphered signature data after recognizing the user by the one-time password and executes the signing/ciphering of the data and a signed/ciphered data transmitter 6 transmitting the signed/ciphered data to a target user or a host.
