PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a real estate information management system capable of evaluating a requested real estate property and executing a simulation for the use of the real estate property. SOLUTION: The contents of 'explanation of important items' or the like are added to real estate evaluation provided from real estate traders 2 and prepared by a real estate transaction director, the prepared data are entered as real estate primary information, the primary information is supplemented by a prescribed judge group, a real estate secondary information prepared based on a 'real estate library' being judged results is outputted, and the real estate primary and secondary data are stored in a data base(DB) built in a real estate integrated center C. A CPU 4 provides the 'real estate library' collected from the traders 2 and stored in the real estate DB to the traders 2 and consumers 3 through an I/O device 5. The CPU 4 executes the evaluation of each real estate property and application simulation corresponding to the application purpose of the property based on plural items of the 'real estate library'. |
