摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly perform an image data correction processing by detecting a camera moving amount from the reference point of time to image pickup and simultaneously correcting the respective rotation deflections around an optical axis and around two axes orthogonal to the optical axis. SOLUTION: The detection processing circuits 309-311 of an X axis, a Y axis and a Z axis provided with an integration function and a frequency filter function are connected to the respective angular velocity sensors 121-123 of the X axis, the Y axis and the Z axis which are gyros using a piezoelectric elements. The analog output of the respective detection circuits 309-311 is A/D converted in a hand shake detection part 312 and then time-sequentially compared, the rotation deflection amounts around the respective axes are detected and sent to a whole control part 300, an image data correction part 306 is controlled by the detected amounts, hand shake correction is performed and storage in an image data storage part 307 is performed. In such a manner, since the image data are stored while being successively corrected, the need of a memory for temporarily storing the image data before correction is eliminated. Also, when an image data processing speed is high, after the image pickup, image reproduction waiting time in a monitoring device 130 is hardly present.</p>
