PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector device realizing the lowering of the profile of, in particular, one of two connectors, capable of stabilizing connection, and excellent in mountability, interconnecting the two connectors to be mounted on different substrates, in order to conform to size reduction or thickness reduction of an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: A second connector 50 to be fitted to a first connector equipped with a protrusion and outer wall parts, is equipped with juxtaposed contact holding parts 71 capable of standing between the protrusion and the outer wall part in a fitted state of the connectors and having second contact parts 61 disposed therein, protrusion accommodating holes 73 bored in the fitting direction are formed between the juxtaposed contact holding parts, and a flat surface 75 is formed on a partition 74 between the protrusion accommodating holes. |
