PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the operation of a control station in the case of making a simultaneous command and to reduce occurrence of overreach in a radio communication system which includes plural relay stations. SOLUTION: Each relay station is provided with plural directive antennas 1, an antenna distributor 2 and a control section that controls a power distribution ratio of the antenna distributor 2 depending on the call class. For example, control section changes the power distribution ratio of the antenna distributor 2 in a normal call and a simultaneous call so as to reduce the occurrence of overreach and the operation of the control station in the case of making a simultaneous command is simplified.
