<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanning touch panel capable of synchronizing optical scanning start in plural optical units, keeping the simultaneity of detection in the respective optical units and minimizing the time delay of position detection. SOLUTION: This touch panel is provided with a scanning synchronization control circuit 4 for comparing reference signals in both optical units 1a and 1b and synchronizing the timing of the reference signals. In both optical units 1a and 1b, the timing of the optical scanning start is matched and optical scanning is performed in synchronism. Also, as the reference signals in the optical unit 1a (1b), the light reception signals of scanning light from the opposing optical unit 1b (1a) are used.</p> |
