PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to transfer or relay the data and improve reliability even when a fault causing the stop of communication is generated by adding a main path formed of a prescribed hardware with a sub-path having the same hardware so as to configure a redundacy. SOLUTION: The sub-path formed of a bridge 23 and signal amplifiers 413, 414 is added to the main path formed with a bridge part 22 and signal amplifier 411, 412 executing reception and transmission of data to make a duplex path, and a switch control part 30 is provided between the bridges 22 and 23. According to the systems of terminals 111 to 11n and 131 to 13n of different transmitting speeds, speed switch parts 231 to 23n switch-connect to a data bus 310 or 311. When the fault causing the stop of communication is generated at a main path part, the part 30 switches a circuit to a sub-path part to send data to a terminal of the same transmitting speed and the part 23 via the bus 310 and to send data of a different transmitting speed to a terminal of a different transmitting speed via the part 414 and the bus 311.
