PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate check by a sight handicapped person by arranging plural dot display forming members to a matrix form, mechanically projecting these dot members and displaying characteristics or figures by the ruggedness on a display surface. SOLUTION: The display surface 12 consists of, for example, five figure display parts and, for example, 4×5 pieces of the dot display members 13 are disposed in the matrix form on the display surface 12. The plural dot display members 13 consist of, for example, pins and the rear surface sides of the respective pins 13 are provided with drive shafts 14 consisting of magnetic members. The other end sides of the drive shafts 14 are provided with drive mechanisms 18 consisting of electromagnets 15 and springs 17 held by spring rests 16. While the electromagnets 15 turn on and operate, magnetic force acts on the drive shafts 14 and the drive shafts move in an arrow B direction by overcoming the energizing force of the springs 17. The surfaces 13a of the pins 13 project from the display surfaces 12 to display the figures by the dots.
