PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently record and reproduce multiple audio information and stereo audio information. SOLUTION: In a logic data structure of the recording medium, a mix mode flag FLG is recorded to an article of an application mode among video manager information(VMGI) as navigation data to indicate that multiple audio signals and stereo audio signals, or monaural audio signals mix. To an article of the number of channels CHn are recorded 1+1 channel data indicating a recording mode of recording the multiple audio signals as one stream, 2/0 channel data indicating a recording mode of recording the stereo audio signals as one stream and 1/0 channel data indicating a recording mode of recording monaural audio signals as one stream correspondingly to each recording mode.
