PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a multilayer ceramic capacitor which is formed using a mixed ceramic sintered body with two or more kinds of dielectric phases, even when the ceramic layer between internal electrodes is formed thin. SOLUTION: A plurality of internal electrodes 3a to 3f are arranged in a mixed crystal ceramic sintered body 2 consisting of a plurality of dielectric phases, in such a manner that they overlap with each other in the thickness direction via the ceramic sintered body layer, and the external electrodes 4 and 5, which are electrically connected to the internal electrodes, are formed on the external surface of the ceramic sintered body 2. 10 atomic % or higher of the grain boundary layer between the dielectric phases in the ceramic sintered body 2 is formed by the kind of constituent ingredient which constitutes the dielectric phase.
