PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system then can efficiently transmit a document, and to provide its control method, an information processing unit, its control method and a computer readable memory. SOLUTION: A spool file 303 temporarily stores output image data consisting of a plurality of pages and its output setting information in an intermediate data form. A spool file manager 304 generates jobs whose number is equal to number of output destinations of output image data on the basis of the output setting information of output image data of an intermediate data form that is temporarily stored. A prescribed page is added to the generated job. Then an output of the job to which the prescribed page is added is controlled.
