PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise reduction device capable of reducing noise components while reflecting the slight change on output video signals even in the case that video signals slightly changed between frames. SOLUTION: A multiplier A multiplies input video signals 101 for every pixel by (1-K) and outputs them to an adder 102. The multiplier B multiplies the corresponding output video signals of one frame before outputted from a frame memory 105 by K and outputs them to the adder 102. The frame memory 105 stores the output video signals 106 for every frame and outputs the output video signals of one frame before corresponding to the input video signals 101 to the multiplier B. A rounding processor 103 rounds up the decimal places of the video signals outputted from the adder 102 and outputs them as the output video signals 106. A round-down processor 104 rounds down the decimal places of the video signals outputted from the adder 102 and outputs them to the frame memory 105.
