PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow plural applications to execute prescribed communication with an external equipment by executing prescribed communication with the external equipment through a communication resource and occupying the communication resource so as to execute the prescribed communication with the external equipment, thereby allowing the communication resource to execute communication directly with the external equipment. SOLUTION: A first application 2 transmits a request signal for allowing the occupied communication resource 1 to directly communicate with the external equipment 20 to a third application 4. The third application 4 sends a response signal that processing is executed based on the request signal back to the first application 2 and occupies the resource 1 to allow the resource 1 to directly communicate with the equipment 20. When one of the first application 2 and a second application 3 is in prescribed communication with the equipment 20 via the resource 1, the other application also executes prescribed communication with the equipment 20 via the resource 1.
