<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the time for calling by dialing to communication equipment on a receiving side, sensing whether a voice menu file is related with the communication equipment, and displaying the voice menu file at the time of sensing the voice menu file. SOLUTION: A graphic voice response system 100 is provided with an input device 101 such as a mouse, a touch screen, and a numeral figure pad for dialing the telephone number of the receiving side. A sensor 107 senses whether the dialed telephone number and a telephone menu are locally stored or not, accesses the internet, the internet, etc., and when the present telephoned menu is usable, obtains it to send to a CPU 105. The device 101 is operated to simultaneously display a telephone menu concerning the entire of one menu level on a display 106 and desired information is obtained by using buttons on the display 106.</p> |
