PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductance element which maintains the characteristics of a magnetic body of a ferrite core, and obtains high inductance and high Q. SOLUTION: Conductor films 12, 13 are formed on the side face of a columnar or prismatic ferrite core 10, and the conductor films 12, 13 are cut by a YAG laser to form a helical conductor pattern. A glass layer 11, through which the YAG laser transmits is formed between the conductor films 12, 13 and the ferrite core 10, whereby when the YAG laser is cut, only the conductor films 12, 13 are cut. Since the magnetic body of the ferrite core 10 will not irradiated directly by the laser, it will not degenerate, so that the characteristics of the magnetic body can be maintained. |
