PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document managing device for displaying the electronic document of a document to which a tag sheet is attached with the data of the tag sheet. SOLUTION: A tag sheet information extracting part 61 of an integral managing device 6 receives an output result from a document analyzing and recognizing device 4, and extracts the tag sheet information. An annotation processing part 62 controls processing such as the execution of a command or the preparation and storage of an annotation file based on the tag sheet information. An electronic document storing part 63 stores an original electronic document whose contents are the same as those of the sheet document, and a tag sheet information storing part 64 stores tag sheet information. An annotation file preparing part 65 prepares an annotation file in which the location of the original electronic document or the tag sheet information is described, and an annotation file storing part 66 stores the annotation file. A display document preparing part 68 prepares a document for display to which the tag sheet information is attached. |
