PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the authenticity of information of a terminal, even when reception is avoided or a radio wave is falsified. SOLUTION: In this information distribution system and terminal equipment, a reception terminal 30 has a function that receives distribution information sent from a broadcast station 20 and updates and stores its time information. The terminal 30 utilizes the distribution information, when the time information stored at present is synchronously with time information received newly, stops the use when they are asynchronous. Since a contract information server 10 transmits correction information to synchronize the time information stored at present in the reception terminal with time information received newly to the reception terminal on the basis of an externally received transmission request, even if reception is avoided or a radio wave if falsified, either the time information updated and stored in the reception terminal is made asynchronous with the time information received from the broadcast station resulting in stopping the use of the distribution information or the time information in the reception terminal is corrected by receiving the correction information on the transmission request. |
