PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost, size and weight, also to improve performance and reliability and to operate over a wide frequency band by allowing a diode bridge switch means to mix an RF signal with a local oscillator(LO) signal and to form an IF signal. SOLUTION: This mixer is provided with a diode bridge switch means composed of diodes d1 to d4, a means (t1) for connecting an LO signal to the diode bridge switch means, a 1st resistor means (Rrf) for dividing an RF signal and a means (t2) for connecting an IF signal to the outside. The means (Rrf) is provided with a parallel resistor R/2 which is parallel to the diode bridge switch means up to a zero frequency and is relatively fixed value to the RF signal and impedance 2R which is relatively fixed value to the LO signal. Then, the diode bridge switch means mixes the RF signal with the LO signal and forms the IF signal.
