The method includes controlling the valves (8) using the control module (9) to evaluate alcohol content in the alcohol-water mixture removed after the period or using remaining and exceeding of fixed value of alcohol content of alcohol-water mixture. Method for measuring of alcohol-content and separation of alcohol-water mixture into usable and non-usable components involves using two outflowing devices in which the alcohol-water mixture runs through. The method comprises (1) measuring the temperature of the alcohol-water mixture using temperature sensor (4) and transferring the data to the control module (9); (2) measuring the insertion depth of the vertical distance to a random fixed point of the measuring rod (3) using a optical or acoustic sensor (5) and transferring the data to the control module (9); (3) processing the data using the control module, which are from the measured temperature of the alcohol-water mixture and measured insertion depth i.e. distance of measuring rod (3) to a random fixed point; (4) displaying the actual alcohol-content and the actual temperature of the alcohol-water mixture using the display (10); (5) and controlling the valves (8) using the control module (9).
