METHOD OF MANUFACTURE OF T-PIECE FROM COMPOSITE MATERIAL

SUBSTANCE: after assembly of mandrel before polymerization, length of rectangular cloth made from composite material impregnated with binder is placed on mandrel symmetrically relative to longitudinal axis of adjoining section; structure of this material is similar to structure of composite material on sections of T-piece not coated with this sloth. Its width exceeds outer diameter of adjoining section with one branch and its length exceeds perimeter over outer diameter of cross section of rectilinear section with two coaxial branches; it is polymerized by 28 to 32% in such way that length of cloth is located (in width) over generatrix of rectilinear section with two coaxial branches. Ends of cloth connected in area of adjoining section with one branch cover the mandrel; then length of cloth is secured on mandrel by cruciform laying of several fibers of composite material after which fibers of composite material impregnated with binder of longitudinal and transversal orientation are laid on sections of mandrel having cylindrical layers as far as point of connection of adjoining section with one branch.
