<p>The invention concerns a device for directly laying rails on a support with an anti-vibration railway track pad interposed. Said device comprises a tie plate (19) set on an anti-vibration railway track pad (17) and means for fixing the tie plate on a support. The means for fixing the tie plate (19) consist of a preloading elastic device (20) arranged to apply a compressive stress on the anti-vibration track pad (17) so as to cause the latter to be in a predetermined preloaded state which provides the whole assembly with low dynamic elastic constant combined with a high static elastic constant. Thus, the rail deflection during the passage of a vehicle wheel is always limited to a predetermined tolerated value and the surroundings are therefore perfectly insulated from the vibrations produced by the passage of the vehicles.</p> |
