Solid premix for a laundry conditioner contains (a) 50-90 wt.% (quaternized) amine(s); (b) 1-20 wt.% pentaerythrityl diester, ester, ether and/or ether ester compound(s); (c) 1-20 wt.% ethylene or propylene oxide adduct(s) of amines, diamines or amides; and (d) 0-20 wt.% ethylene glycol, propan-1,2-diol, polyalkylene glycols with molecular weight 200-4000 or their 1-4 C alkyl ethers. Solid premix for a laundry conditioner contains: (a) 50-90 wt.% quaternary ammonium salts or their ethylene or propylene oxide adducts (IA-ID), esters (IE) with a quaternary ammonium group, (quaternized) diamidoamines (IF, IG), 1-(2-amidoethyl)imidazolium salts or 1-(2-acyloxy- or 1-(2-amidoethyl)imidazoles (IH, IJ, IK) and/or betaine esterquats (IL); (b) 1-20 wt.% pentaerythrityl diesters (IIA), esters (IIB), ethers (IIC) and/or ether esters (IID); and (c) 1-20 wt.% compound(s) selected from ethylene oxide adducts (IIIA, IIIB, IIIIC) of amines, diamines or amides; (c) 1-20 wt.% ethylene or propylene oxide adduct(s) of amines, diamines or amides; (d) 0-20 wt.% ethylene glycol, propan-1,2-diol, polyalkylene glycols with molecular weight 200-4000 or their 1-4 C alkyl ethers; and (e) optionally acids.
