refrigerating engineering. SUBSTANCE: gas-expansion machine and compressor are made in form of double-acting cylinders where rod and piston groups are arranged at phase shift of 180 deg. Distribution of flow of working medium is effected with the aid of two check valves and spool valve located under gas-expansion machine. Compressor and gas-expansion machine work in antiphase at unidirectional flow of working medium due to operation of check valves and spool valve. EFFECT: increased refrigerating capacity; simplified construction of machine at enhanced reliability. 1 dwg
