Laminated-type alumosilicate is kaolin, and organic antipyrene is triphenyl phosphine, triphenyl phosphate or melamine, ratio of components is as follows, wt.%: organic antipyrene, 50-70; and kaolin, 30- 50. Also described is method of preparing additive. Additive has high hydrophobic properties which prevent additive from being washed out from polymeric composition. Introduction of additive increases substantially oxygen index of polymeric compositions, and polymeric materials do not lose their physico-mechanical properties.
