FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing water in which ground wood of leaf-bearing species, willow, for example, is loaded in ratio (1:10:20); heating till boiling, and aged for 2 h; then mixture is cooled up to 18 C, aged for 2 h, and separated from wood and mixed with alcohol. Prepared mixture is preliminarily filtered, treated with activated coal, finally filtered and bottled. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cln
