摘要 <p>A method of manufacturing a micro gripper comprising a holding finger (100) having a connection part (100g) which uses one end part of three V-shaped sides (100v) on the open side commonly to each other, the other ends of the V-shaped sides (100v) being connected to a case (14), the connection part (100g) being connected to the moving part of a parallel driving part (12), and the connection part (100g) being pulled based on a parallel movement, whereby the displacement of the V-shaped sides (100v) at their tips is extended inward more than the amount of the parallel movement; a method of manufacturing the holding finger (100) comprising the steps of folding three side parts (101a), obtained by expanding the V-shaped sides (100v) having the connection part (100g) generally in a plane, outward generally from the center part of the side part (101a) and folding the side part (101a) inward from near the connection part (100g).</p>
